Where's my order?
As soon as your order ships, we send you an email with your tracking number and tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear.
How to check your order status
- Open the shipping confirmation email from us and click the tracking link.
- Or sign in to your account and go to Orders to see the status of every order.
Timeline
- Processing: 1–3 business days after payment
- Delivery in the EU: 7–15 business days after dispatch
Haven't received a shipping email?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing after 3 business days? Email us at fredi.eu008@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
Parcel delayed?
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, or tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or a full refund if it's lost.
