Where do you ship?
We ship to all countries in the European Union.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered across the EU in 7–15 business days after dispatch. Busy periods like Black Friday and Christmas can add a few days, so order early for gifts.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders, including every Katana Mist order. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Will I pay customs or extra VAT?
No. All prices include applicable VAT and you won't be asked to pay extra on delivery within the EU.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. See our Track your order page for more.
Can I change my address or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel your order before it is dispatched, but not after.
Returns & refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return your order – longer than the 14-day EU minimum. Please contact us first and we'll send you the return instructions.
When will I get my refund?
We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you paid with. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
Sorry about that! Send us photos of the item and packaging with your order number, and we'll replace or refund it – free of charge.
What is Shipping Protection?
An optional add-on you can choose on the product page. If your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we replace it or refund you.

Which payment methods do you accept?
All available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely and encrypted – we never see or store your full card details.

Katana Mist
Is the blade sharp?
No. Katana Mist is a decorative aroma diffuser. The blade is for display only – it is not sharp and it is not a weapon.
How does it work?
Add water and a few drops of essential oil, then switch it on with the remote. The blade lights up and scented mist flows across it.
Which oils can I use?
Any water-soluble diffuser oil works. You can also add our 3-scent oil set on the product page.
Which colours are available?
Seven: Black, White, Red, Blue, Yellow, Pink and Purple.
Laser Tag Battle Set
What age is it for?
Recommended for ages 6+. Older kids, teens and adults love it too.
Is it safe?
Yes. The blasters use harmless infrared light – nothing is fired. Never aim at the eyes.
Does it need batteries?
Yes, 10 × AA per set (2 per blaster, 3 per vest). Batteries are not included.
Can more than 2 people play?
Yes. Choose the 2 Sets option for 4 players and play team battles.
